Removal of a Chapter
A Memorial has been granted to Pishon Chapter No. 6458 to be removed from London to the Province of Essex.
Amalgamations
Permission was granted to the following amalgamations:
Chapter of Perseverance No. 275 with Chapter of Prosperity No. 290 (Yorkshire, West Riding); Ebury Chapter No. 1348 with Poseidon Chapter No. 6815 (London); Sir Walter Raleigh Chapter No. 2432 with Finsbury Chapter No. 861 (London); Springs Chapter No. 2653 with Benoni Chapter No. 3157 (South Africa, North).
On the Committee's recommendation, the Chapters are removed from the register in order to effect the respective amalgamations.
Organ recital
A short organ recital was given by E. Comp. P J Wharton, Grand Organist.

Charitable payments
Approval was given that Gift Aid payments be made to each of the four main Masonic charities and the Heritage and Educational Trust of the London Grand Rank Association of net sums for each of the four Charities of £2,000 and the Heritage and Educational Trust £1,000.
